Shoot 3 dozen arrows at your chosen distance (20/30/40/50/60/80/100yards) in ends of 6 arrows

Score your arrows (5-zone scoring ie. 9/7/5/3/1/M) on one of the score sheets provided

If you get over ‘252’ shade in the appropriate box on the master score card

Do it twice more then move on to the next longest distance

If you can shoot 252 at 80/100 yards you’re just about at county team level!
