BACKWORTH EASTER EGG (May 02, 2008)
Tournament Report - Backworth Easter Egg (record breaking part 3!!!) With sub-zero temperatures and more than a little bit of snow, Backworth wisely decided to postpone their Easter Egg Shoot until the 27th of April. It turned out to be a good move after what started as a drizzly start, the weather became much more friendly with not a breath of wind. A number of Whitburn Archers took to the field including Jan, Abby, Jared, Dave (with a compound bow!) and Ken (with a bow!!!). Click here to return to the News page
